Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?
Many Army of Happy items are made to order, so production time comes before shipping. Delivery estimates can vary by item and destination. Check the estimate shown at checkout and the tracking information in your shipping confirmation.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please allow time for the carrier to update its tracking information.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible at armyofhappy@gmail.com with your order number. Since many items are made to order, changes and cancellations may not be possible once production begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Available shipping destinations and charges are shown at checkout. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties and import taxes.

Sizing & Products

How do your T-shirts fit?
Many of our adult tees use BELLA+CANVAS unisex styles, including the 3001 jersey tee and 3413 triblend tee. For measurements and fit tips, visit our Sizing Chart. Other products may fit differently.
What if I'm between sizes?
Compare the width and length of a T-shirt you already love with our Sizing Chart. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.
How should I care for my apparel?
Follow the care instructions on your item's label or product page. As a general tip, washing printed garments inside out in cool water and avoiding high heat can help protect the design.
Are your designs original?
Yes! Army of Happy is an independent, illustrator-owned brand founded in 2013. Our artwork and messages are created to spread a little optimism. Get to know us.

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items generally need to be unworn, unused, and unwashed. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details and exclusions.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Reach out within 30 days of delivery. In many cases, we're happy to offer a complimentary replacement without requiring you to send the original item back. Replacements are handled case by case and are subject to availability.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email armyofhappy@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll help make it right at no additional cost.
Do I need to mail something back?
Not always! Sometimes we can arrange a replacement or refund without a return. Please contact us before shipping anything back; we'll tell you if a return is needed.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
